Reg: limitation of popup screen using in TIA WINCC Advanced runtime SCADA

Total how many pop up screen can be created in the wincc advanced ? 2. In single screen how many pop up screen can be assigned? 3.how to move the pop up screen by dragging using mouse click? 4. how to close the pop up window while appeared? kindly help me in this issue. Gold Member Joined: 6/3/2014 Last visit: 1/17/2023 Posts: 660 Rating: (193)	Hello K.Jagan, the answer to no. 4 is: Use the system function "ShowPopupScreen" and select "Displaymode: Off" You can use this for example on a button (like [ X ] in the corner) or if some tag value changes... about 3: Dragging like in a smooth move is not possible. If you find some way to get the x and y values of the mouse into a tag and register the click event, you could "teleport" it to the new place - but I don't think it works in VBS/RT Advanced. Better to make some buttons on the popup itself, like "move to upper right corner" and open the popup anew with the system function and the new coordinates.

In one Screen you can always open one Popup Screen at a time. If you use a call for a Popup the open oppup will close. The Popups are not in the Screen. The Definition is global. So only the Systemfunction Call is in the Screen. The other information are already told. Bye Murof
