Regarding profibus communcation bus fault

we have 3 unit ET200s and 6 unit micromaster 440 using cup 300 with profibus network.when we are startup power the cup300 SF fault is present and BF fault is blinking.we checked all profibus network

and cable also profibus connector all are ok but still fault is present.we are connect pg then go to online ET200s all are ok but micromaster 440 all are fault.

the fault message details;

1 module configured but not available.

2 preset/actual mismatch.

3 inserted and configured module types are not the same.

4 expected type; DP slave(????????)

5 current type; no available.

DP slave diagonstics fault;

1 DP slave not ready yet for data exchange.

2 incorrect parameter message frame .

3 parameter must be assigned to the DP slave again.

It seems like you have used wrong GSD file for your Micromaster 440 in HW-configuration.Thats why fault message says that configured and actual types do not match.
Check your Micromaster module and change to proper GSD file in your HW-configuration. After saving and downloading correct HW-configuration SF Led should go and also BF Led should not blink any more.

we are checked hardware configuration as your message.i see only in the hardware section ;

profibus DP----simovert-----micromaster 4 .but i did't see the micromaster 440.please kindly advise me. thanks
