Regarding TP 1900 communication Problem

This HMI having two pn pots X1 and X3. Even if I assigned IP address to only X1 port it automatically assigns to X3 port when I do power on off of HMI as well as PLC. Communation between HMI and PLC breaks due to IP comflict. To resolve this problem, I have to remove IP aadress of X3 port from control panel settings. I need to do power ON-OFF again. Is there any other solution to sort out this issue. Thanks and Regards,

If the project starts at the panel the settings from the project will be used. With best regards
