If i connect a PLC to a router with an internet connection, how can i access the webserver on it via remote connection?

And second question.

If i have a Scalance S612 connected to this PLC to do manutention with tia portal, and i want to give access to the webserver of the PLC for diagnostic purpose to a customer, is it possibile to have a "second" connection without the scalance to let the customer use the webserver?

 Thank you, i also contacted Siemens directly about this to find out it is possible also to use their software "Softnet Security Client" to get access to the webserver.
