Dear experts, I need to replace old CP342-5 5DA01-0XE0. I have found this explanation: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/us/en/view/7806643 However I'm not sure I understand the difference between Spare part and "Updating/Replacing" scenario. I need to use spare part to replace existing old CP342-5. Do I need to make a change in HWConfig or not? I do have enough room on the rack to close the gap between modules, but I really don't know whether to change HwConfig or not? |
