Replace CPU which is talking to HMI- MP 277

Sean Sadeghi Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	Thanks for great info I havea siemens HMI- MP 277 talking to a CPU S71200 work perfect We wanted to replicate CPU and have a plug and play spare We bought spareS7 1200 same firmware V 2.2 We copied program via Memory card We think no error identical to original - We think When we test the spare CPU it does not work The HMI should initiliaze CPU startcycle or cycle inwhich our spareCPU does not see the correct initilaztion that original CPU can see from HMI DO you know any procedure I can I make two S71200 exactly identical with all tags and initial configuration and evrything any support is appreciated
