Replace MP277 8" Touch HMI to TP 900" Touch HMI

I have one another problem that connection not making between HMI and Proxy Device.

Device proxy data generation option also not coming into the software.

 Can you please help me that why this device proxy data generation option not coming.

in the tab TP/TO select the then New Version (V4.3) with the same settings like the V4.2 always have.

have you read the description for the Device Proxy i have provided in early post?

The situation is exactly described in Capter 4.4 in the document

please follow the steps in the document to solve this issue with the connection and the resynchronisation of the symbols!

I hope you have resync an compile the winCC flexible part after the change of the CPU Version in Scout classic.

I was follow the below steps but connection - not estabilished because generation option not come into device proxy-

1.Open Scout V4.4 classic

2. opn the project from u7 folder and update from 4.2 to 4.4

3.update version of D235 v4.2 to 4.3 by open hardware option

4. update version of s120 from v4.3 to 4.7

5. update Library

6. save and compile

7. open wincc flexible 2008 sp3

8.project update from sp2 to sp3

9.synch with step7

10.compile

11. winccflexible project deintegrated from step7 project by option "copy from step 7"

12.Migrate the winccflexible project by open the project in TIAv13

13.Make device proxy by add new device and select project  from u7 folder

14 after the connect device proxy and HMI by network topology

15.compile

16 but generation of device proxy data not come

please also can help what is the meaning of  " An error occurred while connecting database: "Please ensure that CCDBUtils service is installed.Name cannot be NULL.".,8/20/2015,1:39:24 PM" and what is the solution.

Hello,

 

after the Change of CPU Version in Scout the symbolic an adresses from the PLC must consistence with the WinCCflexible part for the project.
So after the change you must open the WinCCflexible project.
Then WinCCflexible starts the Synchronization process to get the symbolic and adressinformation from the new CPU Version.

After that you should compile the Wincc Flexible project to check that there are no erros in the project.

 

After this steps you can follow the steps from the document i have provided to use the SIMOTION for initiailisation of the device proxy and migration and change of the HMI Part in TIA.

Check in the Windows Service List that the Service CCDBUtils is running.

 

What do you mean with Proxy Data Generation?

There is no such a Point or action!
After the initialization of the Proxy whith the Data from the Scout project all is done.

In you picture is see that you have create a HMI Connection manualy, thats wrong.

To create the right connection with Driver "SIMOTION" open Networkview

click on Connections

click on the hmi and drop the line to the simotion

now a hmi configuration is created with driver "SIMOTION"

after that you can synchronize the Symbols like described in the document.

 

The only thing you must really do is TO READ THE MANUAL/DESCRIPTION!

No red mark tag in PLCTags of proxy

the HMI Connection now ok with Driver SIMOTION?

Don't know what you mean with the Step7/Wincc2008/Scout compile the screen display the TIA Compile no more!

Do you see the red marked Tags in the PLCTags of the Proxy?
Have the new created Connection the same name like the Connection in the WinCC flexible 2008 project?
