Check this link for the requirements to change your current project to TIA Portal and also look how to use Migration tool for TIA But first of all check if your system is TIA ready with the TIA Portal Readiness Check Tool with this tool you can check if it's possible to use every equipment (DI-/DO-cards/CPU/CP/...) that is currently in your system with TIA. One of the obstructions will be that cards etc older than October 2007 will not work (because it's not supported) . Easy to check with TIA Portal Readiness Check Tool... Regards, |

Hi ClausHenneberg, Please first check if you'll have issues on functionalities (software) with this tool. You'll need to upgrade to a new S7-300 Compact PLC. Are there any technological functions (of IFM PLC) used ? If so , they will need to be adapted... |
