Hello all

one of our customer decided to install several Scalance switches in their production environment and our company is asked to provide Hardware support - in case of failure, we should replace faulty switch in 24 hours.

Who, or which team should we get in touch for hardware replacement support? Is Siemens even providing such service? Location of customer's sites is Netherlands.
