====================== hi, it is easy. just remove pcu20,and install pcu50, more important cableis MPI. that's it. as your m/c using pcu20, almost everything(NC/PLC DATA, part prog )in NCK memory. after you replacing w. pcu 50, making a backup of abovedata. I did this many times per day. on my demo. 840D only one thing i did not try. before you replacing ,make backup w. winpcin the user alarm text to you ext. PC (using tape format).then print it out. I think you should edit this on pcu50 HD, by yourself. REF* Doconweb.840D alarm text PCU50/MMC103........ try it and good luck. |
