I need to replace a SIMATIC HMI KP32F PN.

Normally I would change the device name to match the old device name and it would be done.

But this module has Safety IO.

Do I need the machine supplier Tia Portal project and his safety password to reintegrate the new KP32F device in the ProfiSafe network?

Is there a memory module that I can swap from the old to the new KP32F?

I have Tia Portal V15.1

Did the replacement.

Only had to put the network name on the replacement part.

Safety worked OK.
