Replacing Z and Y axis

I have to make retrofit of milling maschine with X,Y,Z axis,turning table on Y axis(B), and main spindle.On the spindle there is posibility to put attachment head which changes infeed operation with tool from Z axis to Y axis.Demand is that when head is on,that Y axis "becomes" Z (infeed operation is always in Z direction).How can I achieve this (ie.what is the right solution for this,some kind of transformation or there is some other option)? Thanks!!

Good luck Nit He has a vertical (horizontal)machine, thenhe use a 90 degree head in spindel so the machineis a horizontal. (vertical). he change between G17 G18 the Axis inthe MCS arethe same . if he wants that the WCS change he can use the Funktion of Toolcarrier or Cycle 800 or he works only with frames . to rotate the WCS buthe nerver change the setpoint of a axis

The software limits and max speed all change as well or you can wreck the head. The traditional way to set this up is using a fictitious axis and the trailon/trailof function with a ratio. Then use rot and/or geoax to get the axes working correctly. Pee
