Report with Cscript

Hi,

I want to print a report every time my variable is a number , but I can not . can anybody help me?  Follow CScript I 'm using .

There is no 'RTPPrintJob' function (I search it in help for TIA portal but not found).

Detailed help about report subsystem you can find in TIA Portal help under this branch: "Visualize process -> Interfaces ->Runtime API (RT Professional) -> Report system functions (RT Professional)".

I  use self-made 'PrintJob' function, see below (this is only example, if you want to use function in real life then edit it - make better error detection and reporting etc.):

I set up a task schedule to run the script , choose to trigger a related bit hit with the value of my tag in the PLC.

 As Murof say, in theory you can use "ReportJob" function:

ReportJob("Print_job_1","PRINTJOB");

OR, if you want preview before printing:

ReportJob("Print_job_1","PREVIEW");

Or, alternatively, you can use script from my previous post.
