Hi NguyennTDT, My recommendation to solve the problem would be: 1. Update to Update 4 for TIA Portal and WinCC Unified, but remember you will also have to update the Reporting Excel Addin. Updates for SIMATIC WinCC Unified PC V17 2. If the problem continues, run the WinCC Unified Configuration tool, check all your settings regarding Reporting and complete it. 3. If the problem continues, try to repair the WinCC Unified installation, through the 'Setup' of the initial installation. 4. If none of the steps have helped to solve the problem, I would recommend completely uninstalling WinCC Unified (TIA Portal) and installing it from scratch. Please tell us the result! |
