REPOS to be OFF in program

ŠΜS Silver Member Joined: 6/7/2010 Last visit: 7/9/2024 Posts: 571 Rating: (37)	Hello, Iam facing a problem in programming.In Auto mode I am running an user cycle program,it is working fine in Continuous operation, If I run that program in Single block ,the program goes to REPOS in some line,( Eg: G04 F2, Tool Clamping command etc… ). IS there any command to OFF the REPOS till program ends.

Dear Mr. Muthamil,

Pls. try PLC bit repos off /reset contineously.

DB11.DBX1.1 to "0"

honestly I have not tried.

Hi,

I gave up many years ago on reposa but I think Siemens did introduce a machine data to inhibit it or to run your own version.

I would look to why it is running and is it actually causing a problem or just creating more button presses.
It sounds as though it happens in a tool change cycle. Is the program being interrupted or possibly a plc axis move is taking place.

If in single block do you need to have your user cycle in single block?. i.e. use SBLOF to allow the cycle to continue in auto.

After Changing parameter 20114 Bit no : 0 as 1 . problem solved. Now Repos has de activated.
