Reqest: better hardware description

This request aims to Siemens developers:

I would expect better descriptions for wiring modules, apseudo schematics of modules where is it possible to understand if modules have integrated DC/DC converter, galvanic isolation, the way it is fed with power.

I do always look at modules schematics where is described types of output transtors used, input protection circuits, reference voltages for analog circuits, ...etc. This improves the understaning and debugging of problems related to the hardware design even if the schematics are not real one, not for repairing modules.

Please make some similar as done for S7-300 series.
