Unfortunately there's no direct solution for redundant I/Os in Profinet.

Although Siemens has released the400H CPUs V6that supports ProfinetSystem Redundancybut still this Profinet solution will not work for redundant I/Os for a reason I do not know.

However, you can make a software solution for RED IO based on Profinet.

You can read more in chapter 13.5 (Other options for connecting redundant I/Os) in the400H manual.

I just let you know that such solution exists but If I were you I wouldn't go for it not because it's a hell of work but because 2 IM153-2 is better and gives you more availability than a single IM153-4.
