Hi, I am also missing some information to understand the problem. However, I assume it is related to the Cleared event and the faceplate properties. As mentioned in the manual, the event is fired after the faceplate container is cleared. A cleared faceplate container means that the faceplate properties are no longer available. Therefore, you cannot access the faceplate properties within the event. If you are using the faceplate as a popup, you can disable the header and place a button inside your faceplate to close it. This allows you to change the property value before closing the faceplate. Kind regards |
