resolver polarity error at Cu250S-2

I have a retrofit project and decided to use G120 Cu250S-2DP to control a Lenze asyncronuous servo motor with resolver.

I run the motor as open loop. OK But i can not run the motor as closed loop with resolver. I am sure about the connections are OK with screened cable.

I am getting 7982-6 polarity error. I decided to replace two phase of the motor to change the turning of the motor, then I got 7982-8 which is encoder cable with ground connection. I measure all cables of the resolver. All coils of the resolver is isolated each other and the screen and chassis. Rref: 21ohm, Rsin:43ohm, Rcos:43 ohm.

There is only one parameter for resolver is pole pair which adjusted to 1. 

i am not familiar with resolver alot. Do you advise me replace cos and sin coils at wiring? Or let me replace + and - connections of any one of the sin or cos coils?

Maybe the main question can be "is this resolver suitable with cu250S?".

I decided to change encoder loop parameter to inverse it. Now i can start to test longer. but I started to get motor stalled alarm and drive inertia too big for the motor inertia alarm.

How can we be sure about the resolver is working well? Especially position of the rotor which i want to follow at this moment. Because the rotor stalled alarm can be the result of this faulty measurement.

Is this a right way to fix the problem?

try to run the motor without load.

I am testing the motor laying on the ground. There is no any load or mechanical connection.

Can I read the signals states of resolver if I reconfigure it as openloop mode to run the motor without any alarm and failure interruption. Just to be sure the resolver and wirings are OK.

The same parameters with closed loop you can check the read as well with open loop.
