We have had a failure on the base module of the IM153-2 of a redundant ET200M rack. In this rack there is a CP341 for redundant Modbus communication. After we have changed the base module, the ET200M rack came back online, except the Modbus communication. On the FB80 we have the error message "2", which means: no connection between CP and CPU.
There is an automatic restart foreseen, so the FB tries to restart the communication every 10 seconds.
After contacting the TSL we changed the CP341 with the newer model: 6ES7341-1AH02-0AE0 because they said, the modbus driver was incorporated and therefor it shouldn't be necessary to download it seperately.
This gave exactly te same problem as with the old card.

The big problem is that the S7-400H sysytem cannot be stopped, so my question is: Is there a way to restart the CP341 so the client regains his redundancy on the communication?
