After that scripts aren't running anymore so I have no idea how can you start runtime again. But it is possible by writing your own C++ program using ODK functions. This program could detectc deactivated runtime and automatically start again.

Use AutoIT(or whatever tool/technique you like) to make a script that WinCC start runtime if not in runtime and then exit self. In WinCC call that script then deactivate WinCC. This require some non-trivial knowledge. //PerD
