Restarting Issue of MJ-4A Control panel

Salman Hafeez Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hello Sir, I am powering my MJ-4A through an external source. Upon moving the switch to External Source, the panel starts normally, boots, but then restarts in about 10 to 12 seconds after booting. Because of this, I am not able to operate the panel as it reboots every 10 to 12 seconds. Any suggestion or solutions to for this unexpected rebooting? Furthermore, I removed the External Power Source fuse (6.0 A), but the panel is still powered up and behaves exactly the same. From where is the panel getting power with the switch at external source and the external power fuse removed? Thanks, Salman

fanana Silver Member Joined: 5/13/2012 Last visit: 4/4/2023 Posts: 179 Rating: (1)	hallo first as i know there are two types of this AVR one with external sources 120 VAC and 220 VAC,but sometimes it is not written on the panels.so check the source first second did you use internal source which come from the AVR and check, if it is not work so you should conntact the technical support .
