Hello, one of our customers have a problem sometimes. He access his files on a shared drive on his pc. But sometimes it comes with a message "Restructering directory", and sometimes it's just stops the control, and a reset is needed. The wierd thing is that on the shared drive, theres always only one file shared at the time. The control is a 840D, PCU50. Looking forward to hear from you ;-) |

No, the PC is only connected to that machine, with a cable directly to the PCU. And the directory is the same, with only one file shared. Then when he runs a new program he deletes the old file, and replaces it with a new one. But its only maybe every 6 month. |
