Retrieve program name (selected in Auto mode) when in MDA ?

Adamastor77 Posts: 10 Rating: (0)	Hello, In MDA mode, is it possible to retrieve the name of the program currently selected in AUTO mode ? I have tried the $P_PROG[0] command in MDA mode and it gave me "OSTORE1.SYF", which is the program/process's name appearing on the top of the screen in MDA mode. That is not what I want. Pee Ell Sea Posts: 672 Rating: (56)	Hi, All of the commands for $p_prog refer to the currently running program which is whatever is running in MDA. MDA is shared with overstore hence the return of overstore. I can't even think of a way to copy it to a variable whenever a program is selected. Maybe there is a function in NCVAR that would do it via the plc. The current program selected is displayed at the top of the screen so there may even be a dde variable. I don't think there is anything easy though.
