Instead it is available in Step7 TIA V11 in the program editor. You can rewire tag to a different address, but that I find not much help for you. There is no such functionality in WinCC TIA. At least I haven't found it. Nothing in manual and help system about it also.

Just select all the objects you want to "rewire" and right-click, select "Change object references". But I dont know if this was possible to do in V11 or V12.

You can use it in TIA by open the PLC tag and change the address there. Example Old address % I10.0 New address % I20.0 You just change in the PLC Tag from I10.0 to I20.0, then every point of use even in HMI will replace by new address (I try on TIA V14 SP1 Upd3)
