I am also looking for profibus interfacing between Balluff RFID BIS M-622-070-A01-03-ST33 & S7-300  PLC Programm to Read the Data and Execute.

Can Any one Help me in Providing an Sample Prg .

The Balluff RFID website does not recognize your part number.

Please make sure you provide a correct part no for the unit you are working with so we can give you better answers, and notice in the configuration lists that Profibus, Profinet and IO-Link (all supported by S7 PLCs) are available (with appropriate documentation in the website).
