rmh760b)2 software update

Is there anybody who knows if it is possible to update a rmh760b-2 controller with software version 2 to software version 3?

As I know , it's not possible to update any Synco700 controller. An exchange of the device is necessary.

If the configuration of the RMH760B-2 V2 was made with the ACS software, this one can be reused with a newer RMH760B-1 V3 controller.

I asked the question because I have a problem with the programming of a rmh760b. ACS commisionning works fine, but when I try to program the device with ETS I get an error: incompatible BCU 0300 (required 0300).

Anybody experience with this error?

Maybe the wrong database for RMH760B is in use in the ETS.

Please try with the attached one, this is the older version of the database.

Hi,

If there is a issue with a dll, suggest to reinstall the ETS software or make an update to the last version if no done now.

Maybe in KNX/ETS forum you will find some information regarding the com error, sorry.
