Palmerita Posts: 102 Rating: (11)	Maybe you can select all your objects on the pdl... but, there are some elements that you cannot rotate.. for example, circle, application window, picture window, Control, OLE object, status display, 3D bars, group display and round button... Do you want to rotatethe objectsdynamically? if so, then I think it is only possible for line, polygon, polyline, and static texts

Yes I want to cut part of an existing picture( from a 19inch monitor) , make it a new picture , rotate it and use it in a 15 inch monitor. I dont want to rotate the inside of a picture but the complet picture . it would save about a days work to copy , paste , redirect , resize etc. Greetings Eric

JMJ Posts: 487 Rating: (44)	I still did not understand why you want to rotate object because your monitor size has changed. Your monitor size has nothing to do with picture, it is your display resolution and aspect ration. If this is the case, you can also try adapt picture. But without thinking why you need it, let me try giving a solution for rotation. Try if this works. I can not try it now as I do not have my WinCC system handy now. Select all the object on the screen and group. (Some object do not allow grouping, so they may have to be excluded manually) then rotate them using the 'rotate by 90deg'button next 'flip' buttons.

aikona Posts: 487 Rating: (36)	Hi I tried the grouping but no .. the objects are dynamic and can't be grouped. About the reason : Take and overview with all the varialbes but not the 'control' button on a 19 in screen Divide the screen in 3 blocks ( from left to right ) .Clicking on any of the three blocks brings up a new picture of just that portion but now with the control buttons )To the operator ,to operate the plant , and for the perspective its better to have the screen rotated .Further to that there are also a few 'local station' with only the rotate view but on a 15 in screen. What you could do, maybe is to use several picture windows (no adapt size or picture), and use the offsets X and Y... like that you could display several times the same screen, just different parts of it, and have different properties for each of them.. You could also modify the size of each displayed picture window with the sacling factor.. But unfortunately you cannot rotate them
