Routing over industrial ethernet to TP panel

vidarv Posts: 66 Rating: (1)	Example system: -ES (engineering station) with Step 7 and WinCC flexible, ES is connected to a industrial Ethernet -S7 315-2DP connected to the same industrial Ethernet -TP270 panel connected to the MPI or Profibus DP on the S7 315-2DP Is there any way to do a routing from the engineering station and transfer applications to the TP panel via the industrial Ethernet "over" the PLC and to the TP270 on the MPI or Profibus DP network? If yes: 1 Do anyone have any details on this!? 2 Which TP panels CPUs and CP cards can handle this? Cheers V

With that link it is also possible to route with PDM and to use it transparant for STEP7 and so on. I don't know if this works, if I had some time I would check it.
