Running Motor since 2012, 2days back 84.2kw dc motor burnt and replaced, and I did all optimisation including field, armature and speed loop ,initially when i start the motor it starts very systemically and run almost set RPM even current is almost constant, but once it pass the hot material (it is used on hot metal rolling stand) RPM is not dropping but after passing the metal bar its RPM shoots to 60 to 70 RPM more then its set point and then current is completely unstable it regain it set RPM after 2 to 3 sec but current is verying from 0 to 216Amp then when we stop the motor and restart its work again as i described above. if it required manual optimisation please tell me which parameter need to be set i tried to set these parameters p50225,p50226,p50155 and p50156 but without load everything looks ok onload again it create same problem, Please help me..
