RS-485 Cable using in high EMI environment

Ras Sharif Posts: 69 Rating: (0)	Dear all, I have selected the "SIMATIC NET PROFIBUS FV GP 6XV1 830-0EH10" cable for communicating the S7 1200 PLC by RS-485 module to a PC. The environmet contains high EMI. The cable apparemtly is not twisted. Do I need a twisted cable? Thanks for the advice. Best regards, Ras Sharif
