a_mann Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	I use a quick test to check PM550 CIM using Hyperterminal It's a legacy from a long time ago and only works at 300 baud I want to update it and write a better utility to communicate with the CIM but I have no information about the CIM DIP switches and there seems to be no manual available. Does anyone have any data about the PM550 CIM DIP Switches?

billwest Posts: 510 Rating: (117)	I long ago tossed all of the 5TI and PM550 documentation I had. Siemens does not appear to have converted the PM550 documentation to pdf either. I found a UK company, www.tirepair.com, that repairs/remanufactures PM550 equipment. They offer support via email and a forum. They may be able to help you.An alternative is to submit an online support request through the Product support tab of this web site.It may work it's way back to Johnson City, TN where the information may be in some archive. If you are old enough to know PM550, then you probably are familiar with Mr. Peabody and his Wayback machine. He could get the information for you if you could find him. billwest
