Hi, I need some help because I try make communication between S7 1200 with RS232 CM1241 module and thermal printer. This printer command systems are compatible with ESC/POS.

I dont know in which format i have to send commands to printer Hex or Ascii or binary?

Do I have to each command send through different blocks "Send_PtP" or those commands that I need I could send in one block?

How should looks data block?

WIth send_ptp you can only send one string at a time and must check if the plc has finished it, so better manage the sprints.

Once I used a zebra using ZPL (Zebra Programming Language) and the commands where is ASCII format.

The easier way is to make code template of all the layout you want for the label to be, them only change the needed fields.
