Hi

I have a number of users configured within an application, when I run it in simulation they can log in ok.  When it is run on the PC the user password entry appears (I have enabled 'Logon only with password') but the users are unable to login.

They enter their password correctly but nothing happens.  Have tried the on screen keyboard and a physical keyboard.  It just pops up the login prompt again.

The 'logon attempts limit' has been disabled in runtime.

Any ideas why this is happening?

Has this started happening to you as a result of adding new users to the project?

When you upload to the RT, you have unchecked the Overwrite in the Upload Preview box where it asks you "Do you want to overwrite the existing user administration data in this panel?"

No, this was an existing TP application that I converted to RT Advanced.  Didn't make any changes just copied the pdata.fwc file onto new Windows machine with RT Advanced and lic installed.

fwc-file is not enough. You have to download user administration, too. Then you have some pwx-file which contains users and corresponding passwords. Without that it will not be possible to log in.
