Hello dear TIA community,

My Runtime freezes for about 30-60seconds when a user is changed (so when a different user than the actual user is logging in via the popup, or Logout is pressed, but not at re-login of the same user).

This freezing only takes place when a certain screen (see screenshot) is open at the same time.
This screen itself takes 30-60seconds to load, which is why I have it load in a window in the background at RT startup, to avoid reloading.

My assumption thus is: The Screen or all or some of its elements are reloaded at User-Change.
Question: How can this be prevented? Is there a way to know that they are reloaded in some way?
Or might there be another reason for the freezing?

This screen contains 170 alarm-control elements and it only needs to be open in the background.  The only purpose of it is to provide alarm counts based on 170 filters, which can then be read by my vbscript by reading out the „List“ count from the statusbar of those 170 alarm-control elements.

When I reduce the alarm-control elements on the screen, the freezing time at User-Change reduces.

To reduce the factors where a User-Change could have impact on those alarm-control elements I unselected the „Allow operator control“ checkbox on all of them. The freezing remains unchanged.

The 170 filters only filter for alarms from PLC-Variables and not for e.g. User Activity.
