RT Professional - faceplate malfunction

Hi,

I have a problem with the correct operation of faceplate. 

I created some faceplates. Put them onto screen and connect interface properties.

After I start simulation on my laptop everything works fine, all faceplates work correctly.

When I download project to system file and transfer it to PC (where the RT Professional is installed ), after  running RT all created faceplates are not working propertly (all elements of faceplate are displayed irrespective of signals from the PLC).

Does anyone know what could be the reason for such behavior?

I recommend installing Update 5 of WinCC V13 SP1.

Could be one of the bugs that got fixed.

Did you use the computer name of the RT PC (OS) in the device configuration?

Update 5 installation didn't help.

Any other idea?

I installed RT V13 Professional on ES, started it on ES and everything was working correctly (like in simulation).

I have no idea why facplates in RT doesn't work correctly on OS. Any sugestions?

I think I've solved the problem.

All faceplates start to work after installing TIA Portal v13 on OS.

I don't know why in such a way it works, but it works.

did you try the WinCC Channel Diagnostics Tool?
You can find it under "Start > Siemens Automation > Runtime Systems > WinCC Runtime Professional".
