RT Unified Tag License calculator?

Dear Sirs,

I'm triyng to understand the license method for Unified RT for PC v.18.

I.e. if I buy a 150 Tag it means that:

- I can have 1000 tag inside project but only 150 can be shown as "active" on runtime?

- I can have 150 Tag inside project and shown on the runtime?

Thanks for the reply, is there a tool to calculate the license needed?

i.e. one RT PC can manage:

- n.3 OPC UA Client connection to PLC 

- n.1 OPC UA Server that should manage 30 client 

- n.1000 tag logging to Sqlite stlorage

?
