Hi there, i am trying to configure RTU3030C using the WBM, the LED for SIM is without any colour. Can anyone assist me? 

The manual states that the meaning is SIM card has not yet been checked.

At the WBM, the sim card state is :The status of the SIM card cannot be checked in actual operating mode.

Can anyone advise me on this?

Solution found, 

Need go to operating mode page and enable communication mode.
