I would like more information about Ruggedcom Reflex Substation HMI.

Is it a complete package or have to be used with/under some other Siemens system?

What does it need as hardware?

Has it been replaced by some other better/modern solution? 

Does it have any advantages over SCADA or traditional HMI packages (Wonderware/Spectrum/WinCC)?

Who supports it? Who sells it?

I have not had the opportunity to work with REFLEX, so I am not able to answer all your questions. I hope these links can help you get an idea of what is involved in this system.

Siemens will support the REFLEX system, since they purchased Ruggedcom in the past years. You will also find contact and support options from Ruggedcom in the second link below. The selector webpage also allows you to look into the different software and hardware options for REFLEX.
