Running HMI PackNGo after TIA V17 upd3 update

adiavil Member Joined: 4/14/2019 Last visit: 3/26/2025 Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	Hi all, before updating TIA V17 with UPD3 I could run HMI packNgo package to simulate the HMI with SIMATIC WinCC Runtime Advanced Simulation V17 UPD2 and PLCSIM ADV 4.0. Now after the TIA update, the PackNGo package is not working anymore not working anymore. Did someone else experience the same? Is a WinCC runtime update needed? Thanks!

In A Pack And Go file there is basically only the image File, the Runtime Files and some Panel specifik RT Data and of course the Pack and Go frame application. If you use the Runtime file fwx file for running the RT Advanced then its the same as you start a WinCC Advnaced RT. So what does not work, do you get any error messages or which steps do not work (PLC communication to HMI?, Loading the RT file, creating the Pack and Go container?) Bye Murof
