I use s7 1515 cpu and ı have 25 pronet encoder, 6 profinet inventer. I try to start up machine with out someprofinet device but plc not running. I want to run plc when profinet device is not connected. Is it possible to run plc with out all profinet device not connected.

You should consider the instruction D_ACT_DP, which deactivates (and re-activates eventually) configured DP slaves and Profinet IO devoces that are configured but not actually present (or that you want to remove from the bus for maintenance or repairs.
