Runtime dosen't start

I have a MTP 1000, that won't start runtime more. It has been running for about a month, but after powerloss it won't start, When I press the Start Runtime the dots circle for a while and then nothing happens. 
Runtime version 16.0.0.6

What can be the reason?

If you have Control Panel Access enabled, try to disable it and see if it loads the runtime.

Another suggestion is to run the runtime after logging in the UCP.

Have you tried to load the runtime project again?

Last option would be to load firmware again and then reload the runtime. This happened to me once and it was the only solution.

Hi Hafizzz,

sometimes the start of the runtime takes longer. In this case the loading animation will disappear too early. This behavior was changed with V17, Update 5. Beginning from this version you will see a moving bar instead of the dot circle when starting the runtime.

It's also possible, your runtime don't start because of an error. Use the TraceViewer to figure out why, or create a new support request.
