Runtime odd behavior

amateur Posts: 145 Rating: (3)	The client’s project is in WinCC V5.0 sp2. There are two servers, which are not redundant. The OS is Windows 2000 sp1. I left from the plant before 5 days. Today, the administrator called me and told me that there is a problem in Rutime. Every time, he chooses a specific picture the whole Runtime frozes. He tried to restart the pc, but the same behavior occured. So, we deleted the .pdl and replace it from the other server. We restart the pc, but again we had the same behavior. Is there any idea, how can we resolve it? Thanks in advance for your time

One thing... you said the runtime freezes, but is it permanent, or does it freeze for a while and then works normally? If the freezing only takes place for a while, try using APDIAG... amateur Posts: 145 Rating: (3)	Goodmorning, Well, to avoid further misconception, when I said client's project, I meant the customer's project. The problem exists onlyat the one server. amateur Posts: 145 Rating: (3)	Hi Danielle and thanks for your interest, The threads you suggested me, didn't help but I want to report how the problem has been solved The solution is the following : I opened the problematic picture=> copied all the objects => created a new picture => pasted all the objects and deleted the old one. Now the Runtime stopped being frozen when we select the specific picture. Best Regards Amateur
