Hi community,

I have a WinCC with client-server architecture. When I download the project to all stations, once I made sure it's running ok on the server, I do as follows:

 - Start the "WinCC Rintime Start" application

 - Search for the project

 - Run the project. It opens well.

 - After a few seconds, it loses communication with the server (the server is running ok).

 - Close the proyect and the "WinCC Rintime Start" application

 - Start the "WinCC Rintime Start" application and try to open the proyect. Then, I get the following error: "The specified wincc project cannot be activated. the activation status of the project cannot be queried via the network at this time".

 - I restarted the client, opened the RT application, tried to open the proyect and a new error prompts: "Server not available"

Do you know how to solve this or why it is happening?

To start the project on the client (I understand without its own project) for the first time, you must go to the SIMATIC Shell of the client and right click > Interconnect, on the server project.
