In this case I will have a look at the version of TIA Administration. If your are not using last version, which I think is V1.0 SP7, I suggest you to upgrade to that version. https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/114358 If it still not working, I would download the update files directy from the link Havilant mentioned Hope it helps. Maybe there are some files remaining after uninstall and that's why you still receiving updates notifications.
