In CLI you could use the "who" command to check active sessions information, e.g.
It may be that one of your previous configuration sessions which may appear in the list went stale and holding up changes to configuration database, e.g. connection got lost in an "odd" way while configuring things. If that may be the case you can manually kick such suspected session with CLI command e.g.
On the other side It may be that you do not have enough concurrent CLI sessions allowed in e.g. navigate in Web UI: admin / scroll down to "CLI Sessions" table / Maximum number of CLI Sessions = 10 If still no go, please open ticket here: https://support.industry.siemens.com/my/ww/en/requests/#createRequest |
