RXB21.1/FC-10 commissioning

AutoGen_7871514 Joined: 11/16/2023 Last visit: 11/16/2023 Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Hello, Today I changed out and old Staefa Control (PRFA/A) with a RXB21.1/FC-10 with a QAX39.1 setpoint adjuster and a LG-Ni 1000, because the client had this still lying around. At first glance this looked like an easy swap, but after changing it out, it didn't seem to work. Changing the knob of the QAX39.1 from +3 to -3 doesn't activate the Y1, ..., Y4. The service LED is solid red and flashing green at the same time. I couldn't figure what that means from the documentation. Like flashing green says it's all good, but then solid red is adressing mode or fault. Suggestions? Regards, Florian

As they are KNX-communicating controllers, this should ideally be done with the ETS tool (KNX software). It's been several years since I last worked with RXB controllers, but this is the tool I used. Another possible option (that I know nothing about) is the ACS tool from Siemens - see HERE. It's also possible to use a Siemens QAX34.1 to change some of the parameters, however this may well be a discontinued product. Regards,
