S110 DRIVE GIVES F1800 FAULT WHILE POWER UP

Dear all,

                  I am working with S110 Drive with servo motor , my motor with MDI positioning is working fine, when i do Power OFF and ON Drive showing F1800 Fault code, i replaced Drive -Cliq cable b/w motor and Control unit but still the same problem is coming. we checked input supply voltage  is OK. can any please Help us to solve the problem.
