S110 enable axis

Goodday

My error is gone, thanks for the help. I'm following a PDF and now I have another probleme, if I set my enable axis to "1", then my axis enabled output must also be "1", but it isn't. I don't know what to do now. Hopefully you guys can help me out.

so I guess the axis is not really switched on. Can you check the drive status? (parameter r2 shows the state) Is it in operation or still waiting for switching on?

It is possible to run the drive on the control panel in STARTER, not in Tia Portal V14.

and RB91, I don't know. What do you mean with parameter r2 ? I'm new in this, i do'nt know much about paramters.

ok so you commissioned the drive in STARTER and there you can run it via control panel, thats good.

In TIA Portal I assume you use the GSDML file of the S110 to connect it to your PLC in the hardware configuration (network view).

What you need to check is whether the communication works properly between the SINA_POS FB and your drive. I guess that you have one of those problems:

1) the telegram 111 is not set correctly at the GSDML device (check the device view of the S110 GSDML, whether there you can see telegram 111)

2) the HW ID is not set correctly at the input of the SINA_POS block -> please select the HW ID of the telegram 111 to the drive. The HW ID of the telegram can be found in the properties of the telegram in the device view or in the PLC tags -> system constants (please note to really use the ID of the telegram and not of the Servo drive!)

I can see the telegram on the device view and I have used the right ID, I think, for the drive.

you can see it in the attachement. but it still doesn't work.

What can i do ?

Hi,

the SINA_POS block has two inputs (at the bottom) for the Hardware ID (HWID...).

Via this parameters the SINA_POS block "knows" to which drive it should communicate. So what you need to enter there is the Hardware ID of the telegram 111 of your S110. In the moment the drive gets assigned to the PLC, the PLC automatically sets Hardware IDs for each connected periphery - also for the drive and its drive objects and its telegrams.

So you need to find this automatically given Hardware ID of the telegram 111. Attached find an example screenshot how to see the ID.

Hi,

I would first recommend to update the block from the latest version of DriveLib:

In your screenshot I can see the parameters are named "LAddr..", so I think it is a quite old one. The new block has the input parameter name "HWID...".
I do not really know whether there was meant something different with LAddrSP, maybe it was not asking for the Hardware ID, I am not sure. There is even no old documentation available so I cannot look it up.
