This is apparently due to a fan that is at its life expectancy. I have a couple of questions. 1. can this be reset while i wait for parts? 2. how can i found out what parts are required? 3. where can i find the procedure for resetting error? Thank you!

Technology Team Platinum Expert Joined: 10/11/2006 Last visit: 3/29/2023 Posts: 5467 Rating: (736)	Hello 67MRM, you can enter the order number in the spares on web tool to check for corresponding spare parts. https://www.sow.siemens.com/ You can find an instruction about the necessary steps on the following link https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109480518 A30042 is just an alarm, so it doesn`t stop the drive and you can continue operation. For details about A30042 and alarm information see attached list manual extract. I would wait for the spare part before resetting the counter otherwise you have reset it another time after replacement. Attachment A30042.png (118 Downloads)
